The LUNA 3 is a reflex paramotor wing for intermediate and advanced pilots. It has a very high top speed and a wide speed range. Size is not always everything, but when it comes to the LUNA 3 it’s worth paying attention! Larger sizes with lower wing loading are ideal for intermediate pilots. Smaller sizes flown at higher wing loading are fast, dynamic craft that experienced pilots can push to the limits and have an absolute blast. While it’s not an out-and-out comp wing the LUNA 3’s speed, agility, stability and efficiency are all the ingredients you need to tackle the varied tasks of classic PPG comps.

The LUNA 3 is a complete redesign from first principles, and we’ve been growing, evolving and perfecting it for years. The easy launch, stable flight characteristics and good slow-speed ability make for stress-free flying on any voyage. The aerodynamic performance means good fuel economy – great for comps and XCs, and your pocket as you’ll get more kilometers from a tank of juice.

The new paramotor risers were a major project in themselves. They are adaptable. The LUNA 3 is delivered with the brakes and tip-steering on separate handles: an easier configuration for intermediate pilots. You can steer using the TST when on the bar with no risk of accidentally applying any brake. Experienced pilots can attach the tip-steering lines to the extra loop on the brake handle to convert to 2D steering. It allows precise maneuvering with one set of handles.

Watch the warp speed! With full speed bar and full trimmers, the LUNA 3 18 at top of weight range will hit a top speed of 79km/h and the 23 will go to 75km/h.

Pilot Approval Required

Selected flight equipment requires approval before purchase. This helps Metal Sky High confirm that the pilot has received proper training from a professional instructor and is purchasing equipment appropriate for their experience.

We support your instructor. If your instructor or training school can provide the equipment you need, we encourage you to purchase through them. We do not want to take a sale away from the school or instructor who invested time and experience in your training.

If your instructor or school cannot supply the brand, model, size, or configuration you want, Metal Sky High will be happy to provide it. Approval-required equipment may include Ozone wings, BGD wings, Dudek wings, Parajet Paramotors, Fly Products Paramotors, MacFly Paramotors, and other items marked Pilot Approval Required.

At checkout you will be asked for pilot verification, including your instructor or school, USPPA member/profile information or equivalent qualification details, and identification. You may cover your address, ID number, date of birth, and other ID information that is not needed to verify your name.

All Sales Final & Warranty Policy

Effective September 7, 2026

This policy applies to equipment and merchandise purchased from the Metal Sky High online store or through a payable equipment quote. Training and other services may be governed by separate written terms.

  1. All sales are final. Once payment is completed, purchases may not be canceled, returned, exchanged, credited, or refunded, except where required by applicable law or when Metal Sky High expressly approves an exception in writing.
  2. Product selection. The purchaser is responsible for reviewing the product description, condition, sizing, configuration, compatibility, and included equipment before completing payment. Please contact Metal Sky High with questions before purchasing.
  3. Used equipment. All used, pre-owned, demo, and former training equipment is sold as-is and is final sale. Any remaining manufacturer's warranty applies only when specifically stated in the listing and permitted by that manufacturer.
  4. Shipping charges. Shipping, delivery, and handling charges are non-refundable. If Metal Sky High voluntarily authorizes an exception to the final-sale policy, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping, adequate packaging, insurance, and all related return costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  5. Warranty claims. Warranty coverage is subject to the applicable manufacturer's written warranty and approval. Covered replacement parts may be available during the equipment's stated warranty period. Shipping, diagnostics, labor, removal, and installation costs are not included unless expressly covered by the manufacturer, agreed to by Metal Sky High in writing, or required by applicable law. A warranty claim does not create a right to return the equipment or receive a refund.
  6. Discretionary exceptions. Any exception approved by Metal Sky High is limited to that specific transaction and does not waive or modify this policy for any other purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
